Ricerca scientifica sugli effetti benefici

Moltissime persone hanno già potuto sperimentare su sé stessi i numerosi effetti benefici che una regolare pratica della meditazione Sahaja Yoga può portare spontaneamente.

Al fine di ottenere una guarigione rapida ed efficace, sta diventando sempre di più imprescindibile sostenere problematiche di natura fisica, mentale, emotiva o spirituale anche dal punto di vista energetico, considerando l’individuo nella sua totalità.

Tuttavia deve essere ricordato che Sahaja Yoga non è nato per cura­re le persone ma per donare loro la Realizzazione del Sè. Come effetto secondario, si ottiene il totale benessere fisico, mentale e spirituale.

Vi sono moltissime testimonianze di persone che sono riuscite a smettere di fumare, bere alcool in modo eccessivo o abusare di stupefacenti, praticando regolarmente la meditazione Sahaja Yoga. Può succedere quando si scopre il potere dello Spirito dentro sé stessi e si impara a gioire del proprio stesso essere; non è la comprensione razionale o mentale, ma la luce del Sè che dà potere e dissipa il buio spontaneamente.

Tantissimi hanno già raggiunto grandi altezze nelle loro realizzazioni. L’ex-Presidente della Corte Suprema all’Aia, il compianto Dr. Najen­dra Singh, era ad esempio un Sahaja Yogi.
